Love You: When things go wrong

I have not eaten at all well this week. This is coincided with me being premenstrual, perimenopausal and busy. Worst triad. Add to this that my joints have felt sore due to the cold, damp weather. Yoga felt hard and I got into my head that I was not good enough. Crikey.

Nevertheless, my “routine rituals” have been my guiding light in this turbulent time. What do they entail? 👇
Sleep 💤 – I’ve maintained a consistent bedtime and wake-up time.
Home 🏠 💕 – I dedicated time to create a cozy and nurturing atmosphere at home (check out the pictures!).
Yoga 🧘 – I showed up and practiced, making necessary adjustments along the way.
Overthinking loop 🔁 💭 – I’ve discovered that keeping busy helps me avoid getting lost in my thoughts when I notice I’m ruminating (again, see pictures).
Nutrition 🥗 – While this week hasn’t been stellar in this department, it’s not over yet, and today has already been an improvement over yesterday.
