It’s the most wonderful time of the year …….
Yet it is a month that can undo all the effort and work we have put into our health and well-being very easily:
Sleep: parties and alcohol can knock us off our routines both impacting on quantity and quality of sleep.
Exercise: it’s cold and we are busy with never ending to do lists. Often our exercise can take a back seat.
Diet: well I never liked the word anyway but my goodness it is not easy in December.
Psychological well-being: it is a time of stress and as mentioned “to do”lists. Families coming together can bring mixed blessings and for many is a lonely time of year.
So…. Can we think about December differently?
