As adults considering the how and what we eat is worth considering.
We should enjoy our food
It is more than to nourish our bodies
We celebrate events; connect with family and friends – so it nourishes more than our bodies.
However we are not always in a state of reward and need to remember a state of routine and need the loving rituals of maintenance.
