I think sometimes we hold back as we think that it is for other people and not “for the likes of me”. The British Society of Lifestyle Medicine encourages practitioners from all disciples to support patients consider what matters most to them. Personalising wellbeing enhances autonomy and self determination.
I really want to get past the notion that it is something that needs the right look or outfit. I want to get past the notion that that needs a huge amount of money and time.
It begins with your belief that you are a being of worth – which you are and that you can begin to feel the best version of yourself. Living and aging well!
