What does this mean? We are all busy but do we keep physically fit?

We eat to nourish our bodies

We need to move to keep our bodies physically functioning.

How does movement help us? Body mind and soul

It improves our ability to sleep; think and feel.

Sedentary lifestyle – reduce this πŸ₯°

Physical fitness – improve this or maintain this but try not to loose this.

Physical activity – love this. Remember that movement is medicine.

Exercise – try this but enjoy what you try.

Exercise – cardiovascular; endurance, strength and balance flexibility.

Don’t expect it to be fun or easy every time.
