This week has been challenging due to premenstrual symptoms, perimenopause, and sore joints, affecting my well-being and yoga practice. However, maintaining my daily rituals—consistent sleep, a cozy home environment, yoga practice, staying busy to avoid overthinking, and improving nutrition—has provided stability and strength during this turbulent time.
